DESCRIPTION

The OnPoint, Technical Success Engineer will be responsible for designing and executing strategies to drive customer adoption and value creating from OnPoint software solutions. This new company is focused on providing actionable insights for our customers to enable real time monitoring and optimization of their operations. We combine our deep subject matter expertise in combustion, distillation, separation, and filtration with digital technology to deliver new solutions and technology to create value for our customers.

A successful candidate for this position will have the following attributes:

WHAT YOU WILL DO IN YOUR ROLE

* Develop close relationships with customers to understand their business, operational, and technical needs

* Design and execute strategies to enable customer value creation through OnPoint solutions

* Technical escalation point for support issues/incidents

* Represent OnPoint within customer environments and drive discussions with key decision makers around technical adoption of solutions, incidents, and support

* Serve as technical 'voice of the customer' across OnPoint working groups

THE EXPERIENCE YOU WILL BRING

Requirements:

* 3+ years of engineering experience

* 6+ months of experience with mass transfer or separations equipment for industrial, refining, or manufacturing applications

* 1+ years of experience in an internal enterprise or external customer-facing technical lead role

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering OR 8+ years of related work experience

WHAT WILL PUT YOU AHEAD

* 5+ years of technical engineering experience

* Experience with big data analytics

* Experience implementing, operating, supporting, or troubleshooting mass transfer or separations equipment industrial, refining, or manufacturing operations
