DESCRIPTION

The OnPoint, Customer Success Manager will be responsible for designing and executing strategies to drive customer adoption and value generation from OnPoint software solutions. This new company is focused on providing actionable insights for our customers to enable real time monitoring and optimization of their operations. We combine our deep subject matter expertise in combustion, distillation, separation, filtration with digital technology to deliver new solutions and technology to create value for our customers.

A successful candidate for this position will have the following attributes:

WHAT YOU WILL DO IN YOUR ROLE

* Develop close relationships with customers to understand their business, operational, and technical needs

* Design and execute strategies to enable customer value creation and growth through OnPoint

* Retain and grow revenue with key accounts

* Represent voice of customer across OnPoint, working closely with support, engineering, and product teams to advocate customer stories, feedback, and feature requests

* Manage escalations and conduct periodic business reviews with key customer decision makers

* Track, analyze, and communicate key engagement metrics internally

THE EXPERIENCE YOU WILL BRING

Requirements:

* 3+ years' experience in a customer-facing customer success, technical account manager, or sales role within: data analytics software, enterprise software, mass transfer or separations equipment

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration or 7+ years' of professional experience in a sales, customer success, or TAM role

WHAT WILL PUT YOU AHEAD

* 5+ years' work experience in a customer-facing customer success, technical account manager, or sales role

* 2+ years' experience with big data analytics

* 2+ years' experience with mass transfer or separations equipment within industrial, refining, or manufacturing operations
