- Consolidate T&C including SLA addressed in RFQ among all CMs, to support operation team as a reference when there is a need for negotiation.

- To manage and negotiate an appropriate cost with CMs for urgent purchasing/cases (e.g. spot market) Zero day feedback to CMs for urgent cases.

- Early involve with CMs for re-solution if the lead time changes in global market.

- Manage weekly demand & supply across multiple strategic suppliers according to the inputs from planning team.

- Work directly with suppliers to assure capacity and continuity of supply for Fortinet products.

- Accountable for supplier s order fulfillment performance and provide the inputs in Quarterly Business Review (QBR) process to manage supplier performance.

- Develop trusted relationships with key suppliers..
