We are looking for candidates to join our Health & Medical Solutions (HMS) Marketing team and help shape the future of Essity. The GO! WHAT YOU WILL DO

Selected candidates will participate in a two-year Graduate On-boarding (GO!) Program within the Essity organization, starting in September, 2020. The GO! Program provides a real job with real responsibilities and an individual development plan to give you a strong foundation to drive your development and career within Essity.

The GO! Program is based on relevant tasks, clear responsibilities and specific learning goals. This will provide participants with a deep understanding of the Essity global organization, processes and tools, develop functional as well as leadership competencies while simultaneously delivering concrete results to the business.

FOCUS AREAS

You will be part of the Nordic Consumer Marketing department, where the atmosphere is inspiring and full of energy. During the year you will get a lot of knowledge about the Essity Nordics Brands, markets and you will be working with the total Marketing toolbox.

Key focus areas will initially be:

* Support and coordinate agreed marketing activities, such as launch plans, events or communication activities

* Drive and coordinate regional shopper and trade activities (e.g. activations campaigns).

* Collect and analyze data on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify market opportunities for the brands/markets

Formal requirements:

Minimum Bachelor degree completed at program start.
*

Maximum 24 months of work experience after graduation. Work experience is not required, but appropriate internships in industry is an advantage.

Excellent level of English
*

Strong learning agility and ability to adapt to change.
*

International mindset from working and/or studying abroad and an interest in collaborating with people from different cultures.
*

A willingness to travel and relocate if needed.
