Job Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION

The TEAM LEAD, RPO builds committed, trusting relationships with client contacts and clinician by understanding their goals and professional needs, by educating on current healthcare job market, and by deploying consultative selling strategies to promote opportunities in order to satisfy client expectations of candidate quality and fit, ultimately impacting revenue. Helps oversee production by coaching fellow team member s individual performance, by modeling effective consultative partnerships (internal and external), and by implementing a customized recruiting strategy, in order to facilitate RPO placements that impact AMN s market share and divisional revenue targets.

JOB TASKS:

* Prepare weekly client reports, lead client calls, and participate in quarterly business reviews

* Plan prospecting strategy according to market demand on a daily and weekly basis to contact as many qualified candidates as possible via phone and email in order to establish relationships and expand the sales network of qualified healthcare professionals (HPs).

* Partner with RPO Recruitment Coordinators and Recruiters through both formal and informal discussions (phone, email, meetings) to develop strategies and target their efforts on high-priority positions.

* Develop and leverage a Marketing Plan (i.e. social media strategy, internal, external, and client resources), to increase candidate flow.

* Cultivate client relationships (including HR, Executive leadership, talent acquisition partners and hiring managers) through diligent communication to generate orders and expand order type.

* Promote cross-selling opportunities whenever possible.

* Update the candidate database in terms of accurate contact information, qualifications, quality services documentation and selling points

* Consult with candidate to understand (and coach toward) their professional goals

* Probe for unspoken needs using a consultative selling style in order to gain commitment to take action with available opportunities.

* Qualify candidate s likelihood of placement according to licensure, availability, skill set and potential fit in order to prioritize sales focus and determine the best job match for best possible placement.

* Present candidate files to client contacts according to relevant work history, skills and intangible qualities via applicant tracking system.

* Navigate candidate and client through the offer/placement process via phone and email; negotiating with both, as necessary, and communicating pay rate, bonus or other compensation details (e.g. relocation), and new hire paperwork.

* Communicate timely updates and manage expectations between all stakeholders including Recruitment Solutions team leadership, client contact via email and calls - to ensure candidates complete new hire requirements and start on time (e.g. background checks, drug screens, references).

* Escalate client issues as appropriate to RPO management, and Quality Services leadership by owning resolution on behalf of client in order to maintain reputation and satisfaction levels.

* Facilitate team meetings or training to cascade strategic updates, process changes and skill development opportunities.

* Design, track, and review overall recruitment activity and annual plan goals, including regular meetings with GM and other RPO team members, to develop strategies and overcome obstacles for achieving revenue-based targets.

* Cultivate relationships through diligent communication with RPO clients (including site visits, negotiations, escalation, or presentation design/delivery) to discover staffing strategies, align sales approach, and support flawless execution of agreements, and increase client satisfaction and reference potential.

* Collaborate with AMN RPO Leadership to efficiently resolve escalated client issues to ensure long-term service excellence and satisfaction.

* Leverage facility contacts to expand service lines, generate referrals for new or potential business and explore avenues for increased revenue.

* Foster effective partnerships with internal department leadership including Nurse Travel Recruitment, Travel Account Management, RPO Sales team, and Marketing, to increase the flow of candidate and client leads.

EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

MINIMUM EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:

* Associates Degree

PREFERRED EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor s Degree

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:

* 1 year sourcing/recruiting or sales experience

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

* 2+ years sourcing/recruiting or sales experience
