The Service and Support Specialist III supports relationship managers in the sales, servicing and management of business clients and commercial loan portfolios including compliance/operational processes ensuring that all of the commercial lending steps flow effectively and efficiently.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Account Oversight - 80%
- Maintains, monitors and services commercial loan accounts with a mid- to high level of complexity assuring accounts are set up correctly and working properly
- Ensures customer transactions such as loan payments, loan advances, deposits, distributions, wire transfers, loan bookings, DDA transfers and receipts are processed timely and accurately
- Reviews commercial, legal, and related due diligence documentation and reporting to ensure adherence to deal structures and/or regulatory compliance requirements
- Researches and resolves complex customer account issues and communicates resolution of problem to customer seeking guidance as necessary from Supervisor on more complex issues
- Researches overdrafts and processes outgoing wire transfers ensuring that approval or denial actions are properly implemented
- Proactively interacts with clients, managers, attorneys and accountants regarding moderately complex account inquiries, problem resolution and/or account maintenance issues
- Serves as liaison between operational and support areas and customer
- Assists Commercial Lending Officers with highly complex operational activities, which may include regulatory reviews, account distributions, preparation of loan documents and account exception clearing
- Assists Commercial Lending Officers with developing new lending and depository business with existing and prospective customers including preparation of packages for Bank product presentations

- 2. Reporting - 20%
- Develops, designs and maintains information in spreadsheets and database programs using the most complicated features of various software programs, (i.e., merge files, import data, graphs, etc.)
- Gathers information to be maintained on data base programs
- Generates and distributes reports from these programs. Monitors reports for quality. (Borrowing bases, interest templates, LIBOR renewals, monthly commitment reductions, non-use fee billings, tiered pricing, etc.)
- Coordinates materials for presentations and proposals; setting up sales calls, as needed
- Gathers, aggregates and analyzes relevant information for a broad range of department reports; ensures data quality and validation controls are maintained in support of accurate reporting

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES:

- Thorough understanding of:
- Lending practices and policies
- Loan documentation requirements and regulations
- Deposit, loan and investment systems for report generation and information gathering purposes
- Commercial credit analysis
- Loan documentation and lien perfection requirements
- Litigation processes under county, state, and Federal systems
- Solid Excel and Word experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills to effectively represent self and BOKF
- Developing conceptual thinking and analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex problems that include interrelationships and dependencies in order to identify common themes and solutions
- Ability to effectively plan time, method, manner and sequence of own work assignments

Bachelor's Degree preferred. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience may be considered. Minimum 2 years' experience in lending and customer service environment.
