Reports to VP Medical Affairs (EGH). Oversees standardization, implementation, and complete integration of processes in Medical Staff Services to credential, re-appoint, and evaluate the clinical privileges and activity of medical staff members and allied health providers. Manages the planning, development, and delivery of Medical Staff Services regarding Credentialing and Reappointment, Physician on-call scheduling, the medical library, Medical Staff Meetings, and Medical Staff Professional Evaluation.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Education and Experience
The knowledge, skills, and abilities as indicated below are normally acquired through the successful completion of a Bachelor's Degree. Valid State issued Driver's License required. A minimum of 2 to 5 years of job-related experience is required. Advanced education in business area required, with 2-5 years of physician office or related management experience. A B.S. degree and over five years of experience is preferred working with physicians.
