Position Summary:

In this role you will be responsible for assisting in the support of Microsoft O365 and Azure infrastructure technology solutions with business strategies, promoting adoption, implementation, support and configuring various Microsoft cloud-based products. Monitor emerging O365 technologies and features for opportunities to advance Regal's O365 adoption and strategies.

Major Responsibilities:


  • Provide support and assistance in administration of all supported O365 tools


  • Provide guidance to others within the in the Infrastructure team.


  • Serve as an escalation point to assist with clearing roadblocks and driving projects with O365 components to completion.


  • Maintain a highly secure Office 365 system through proper configuration and system access monitoring.


  • Run E-discovery reports as requested


  • Participate in the Cybersecurity Team which is responsible for monitoring security and responding to security incidents.


  • Lead eMail (Exchange and Outlook), SharePoint, and Teams tasks


  • Assist in driving adoption of 365 services within the business


  • Builds and manages synergistic relationships with relevant business partners.


Required Education / Experience / Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field; a minimum of 3 years of direct experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree


  • Demonstrated knowledge of Office 365


  • PowerShell experience is a benefit


  • Ability to assess and solve complex problems with many variables.


  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


  • Ability to quickly establish relationships and earn the trust/respect of others.


  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills


  • Excellent presentation skills in both oral and written form


  • Genuine desire to learn is essential
