Data Scientist

Qualification:


Bachelors in science , engineering or equivalent

Responsibility:

Requirement Understanding and Analysis:


  •  

    Discuss with business to understand the data requirement gathering and analysis


    Mapping source data to target data model and provide the gap analysis


    Work with custom Data analyst lead to review the approach and finding


    Understanding the data model and perform data analysis through ANSI SQL for the source data


    Attend daily stand-up meeting and provide meaningful status


    Provide timely support to development team for any clarification to the data mapping information or data issues


    Present and review data mapping document with Business/IT stakeholders and procure sign off


    Associate should have at least 7 years’ experience in Data Analysis with strong knowledge of Healthcare concepts like Member, Enrollment, Claims, Provider etc.


    Must have 3 to 5 years’ experience working in Healthcare Domain


    Should have experience in Requirement gathering, System Analysis, Integration, Data Profiling


    Should have prior experience in Client facing roles


    Gathering and integrating data from disparate sources


    Must have SQL writing skills to perform analysis in DBs like Netezza, Oracle, SQL server


    Must have experience with source to target mapping and gap analysis activities


    Should have good communication and strong Analytical Skills
