•            
Candidate should be currently in a Windows/Compute lead position managing a
team of more than 5 resources across geographical locations. Minimum lead
experience required is 3 years

•            
Hands on experience in administering Windows servers for large environments
(3000+ Windows servers)

•            
Mandatory experience of onsite/offshore based delivery model

•            
Candidate with AWS experience will be preferred

MANDATORY SKILLS & RESPONSIBILITIES

•            
Hands on experience in administering Windows servers for large environments
(3000+ Windows servers)

•            
Mandatory knowlege on Windows OS patching & software deployment leveraging
BigFix

•            
Exposure to windows administrsation on Windows 2003/2008/2012/2016

•            
Knowledge of VMware ESXi Hypervisor Platform

•            
Knowledge of “directory naming” technologies (Active Directory (AD), LDAP etc)

•            
Hands-on experience with incident, change, problem management and expert in
leading troubleshooting efforts and performing  root cause
analysis(RCA)                                                                                                

•            
Experience in working with global teams (onshore and offshore) is a must

•            
Patch Management- Installing , upgrading patches on the server, Performing
Rollback if needed

•            
Should be able to work in shifts and on call as required

•            
Ability to participate in process definition for change management and problem
resolution to support large-scale 24X7 systems operations

•            
Handle escalations
