Position Overview

The Client Services Remediation Training Specialist is responsible for the ongoing development and delivery of Remediation-specific training for new and existing Client Services staff.  The Training Specialist will be a dedicated liaison between Client Services Project Management teams and the Remediation Training Team, assisting with developing material and curriculum to support our ongoing onboarding and training efforts to ensure staff are appropriately aligned with business and client requirements. The Training Specialist must be a Remediation subject matter expert, be able to assist in producing highly detailed and accurate process documentation and training materials, and excel at developing and delivering trainings that are relevant, interactive, impactful, and interpretable to all target audiences.

Job Responsibilities


  • Work with the Training Team, Remediation Leadership, and department SME’s to support Remediation-specific training needs and objectives and develop trainings and content for trainings

  • Adjust quickly to meet changes in priorities, client and internal needs, and other business conditions

  • Help support the Training Team to create training curriculum, technical procedures, and training materials including: SOPs, user guides, job aids, and assessments

  • Be a hands-on training resource and provide ad-hoc training support to Remediation employees

  • Create effective remote interactions, activities, and assessments

  • Adhere to quality standards and best practices for developing instructional materials

  • Assist in training all Client Services Remediation employees, including new hires and existing staff, on Remediation case-specific work and processes with regard to new processes and procedures where appropriate

  • Help Support maintenance and updates to SOPs with improved processes, procedures, and documentation; review procedure documents frequently for accuracy and efficiency

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Project Management/Project Coordination

  • Experience with Adobe Captivate Prime (LMS) is preferred but not required

  • Prior training experience (formal or informal) is strongly preferred

  • Knowledge of proprietary systems and ability to deliver content confidently and professionally to various audiences

  • Ability to navigate through ambiguity by effectively and accurately shifting priorities and tasks as needed to meet business needs

  • Professional, effective public speaking skills

  • Ability to understand and restate technical concepts, logic and procedures in a clear, simple and meaningfully way

  • Ability to interpret business needs and adjust projects, tasks and deliverables accordingly

  • Must be a dynamic, charismatic, proactive, highly motivated self-starter with a high level of personal accountability

  • Must be able to handle high-pressure situations with calm professionalism

  • Must be able to collaborate with own team as well as leadership and other subject matter experts to create deliverables

  • Ability to understand and tailor content to learner requirements and modalities

  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing; able to adjust for intended audience

  • Demonstrated ability to create and maintain cooperative professional relationships
