We are seeking a Member Services Specialist in the Member Satisfaction Department.
Successfully respond to member inquires and requests by providing accurate information and explanation of servicing-related functions and loan activities. Activities are related to inquiries for loans in process through payoff. Conduct research, utilizing available resources, and complete follow-up necessary to completely fulfill member requests. Generate and explain account documentation including Amortization Schedules, Mortgage Verification, and Loan Activity Reports.
