POSITION DESCRIPTION
Come join our Patient Care technician team at the Northside Cherokee Campus!

Our PCT Residency Training Program will provide the necessary training to work on any of our acute care medical/surgical Units, such as: Orthopedics, Cardiac, General Surgery, General Medicine, Neurosciences and GI Med/Surg. Once the program is completed, you will Provide nursing assistance and patient care to provide for the comfort and personal needs of patients. Assists pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients with activities of daily living and performs procedures for physical hygiene and comfort of patients.

This program will consist of 12 weeks of classroom and clinical training.

Candidates MUST be flexible during the program to Day or Night shiftPOSITION REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED: 1. a. Listed as a CNA on the Georgia Registry OR b. Graduate of a U.S. Military Medic course OR c. Enrolled in a School of Nursing and has completed one (1) full semester of clinical rotations OR d. Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing or Medical Degree program 2. Current BLS card (CPR)

WORK HOURS: Day or Night Shift

WEEKEND REQUIREMENTS: Yes

ON-CALL REQUIREMENTS: No.
