Job Description:

KLDiscovery is looking for attorneys who are actively licensed and in good standing in any US jurisdiction, including recent graduates with bar admission, who desire an engaging work environment where you are valued and respected. We have a strong pipeline of remote projects and have an ongoing need for document review attorneys.

We are thrilled about delivering remote Managed Review projects out of our North Carolina market.

Position Details:

* We have a strong pipeline of upcoming remote projects in North Carolina

* Duration depends on the project, opportunities varies from 1 week to 6 months, possibly longer

* Flexible scheduling, must be able to commit to a minimum of 40-hours per week with 7 AM to 7 PM Monday through Thursday, 7 AM to 5 PM Friday

* Pay rate: $27/hour

* OT for over 40 hours/week, available as dictated by project requirements, and upon discretion of review project manager

QUALIFICATIONS:

* HIGH SPEED INTERNET ACCESS AND EITHER A MAC OR PC WITH WINDOWS 7 OR NEWER OPERATING SYSTEM IS REQUIRED.

* Bar Admission/active Attorneys License (in any state)

* Strong attention to detail/ability to prioritize tasks

* Critical thinking skills

* Ability to retain complex work direction

* Technology savvy

* Experience in electronically reviewing documents in complex litigation matters using our various review platforms including KLDiscovery, Nebula, EDR, and Relativity is preferred but not required

* Assist with quality control, preparation of privilege and redaction logs

* Opportunity to practice and expand your legal experience by providing valuable insight into the discovery process in different areas of litigation

* Review and code documents for responsiveness, relevancy, confidentiality, and privilege
