The Consumer Banking Analyst II position is responsible for creating, maintaining, analyzing and communicating key performance metrics that are critical to managing the operational performance and risks of the Mortgage group. This includes the ability to develop moderately complex reporting and support technical projects.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develops new reporting tools using Excel and other SQL applications to monitor business performance and inform senior management decision-making
- Develops an in-depth understanding of the information needs of business partners throughout BOK Financial Mortgage through interviews with users, observation of day-to-day operations, and review of procedures and system documentation; maintains the technical skills necessary to support those needs
- Works to automate core management reporting and supports routine reporting across all business lines
- Develops reporting solutions to track performance metrics and key performance indicators for productivity, sales production, and operations
- Communicates performance metrics and trends with peers. Elevates attention to business leaders when critical performance metrics are underperforming/underachieving
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES:
- Moderate knowledge of development and graphical presentations (SQL, Excel focus)
- Moderate knowledge of management information systems
- Strong interpersonal skills, including oral and written communication skills
- Moderately advanced PC skills including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and report writers (e.g., SQL/SSRS)
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple assignments with limited oversight
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelors Degree and 5-7 years related experience, or 8-10 years work related experience. Mortgage experience is helpful, but not required.
