Scope:

TTM is searching for an Information System Security Manager (ISSM) with experience in Microsoft Windows systems administration and networking to manage a secured computing environment. The qualified individual will be contributing to and implementing a formal IS security program including documentation and reports as well as various aspects of information technologies; configuring, securing, and maintaining system hardware and software.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Setup, maintenance and troubleshooting of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, Security Control Implementation (NIST 800.53 & NIST 800.171 preferable), PC hardware and software as well as systems with embedded software

- Provide front line technical support to users as well as implementing upgrades and new systems

- Provide oversight and implementation of security policies and procedures to drive compliance for required security standards and requirements

Essential Knowledge & Skills:

Must have the following skills:

- Candidate must have an active SECRET Security Clearance or be able to obtain one

- Security policy and procedure implementation

- Continuous monitoring and audit processes knowledge

- Educating of system of proper procedures and system use

- Excellent communication skills, experience supporting computer systems and their users, strong problem-solving and document writing skills

- Due to ITAR requirements, applicants must be a U.S. Citizen or a Permanent Resident

Preferred skills and certifications:

- A+, Security+, and MCSE certifications preferred

- Risk Management Framework and eMASS familiarity

- DAAPM and NISPOM understanding

- Administering a virtual environment

- Administering an active directory domain environment

- Security software vulnerability scanning, SIEM, DLP

- Ethernet Networking wiring, switches

- Employee training

Education and Experience:

Education: Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology

Experience: Minimum of 4 years of IT or IT Security experience is required

Export Statement:

Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC. b) Reinforce to all employees the commitment of TTM management to abide by all US Export laws and regulations. c) Understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL). d) Support Export Compliance Officers and others in their efforts to ensure compliance with the Corporate Export policies through implementation and enforcement of these procedures, provide training to all facilities and departments and support periodic audits as required. e) Provide feedback to Corporate Export Compliance Office for continuous improvement of procedures and overall Export Compliance program.
