JOB DESCRIPTION

The Porter is responsible for keeping premises in a clean and orderly condition. Also, responsible for adhering to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and/or Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) that are in effect assuring the quality and quantity of product produced.

1ST SHIFT: THURSDAY - MONDAY OR TUESDAY - SATURDAY.

2ND SHIFT: FRIDAY - TUESDAY.

3RD SHIFT: WEDNESDAY - SUNDAY.

Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

* Cleans warehouse, offices, hallways, lobby, break room, restrooms, corridors and other work areas to include sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming

* Empties trash containers and transports waste to disposal area

* Replenishes bathroom and break room supplies

* May perform light maintenance, operate shredder and baler

* Minor repairs, such as fixing leaky faucets or changing bulbs.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

* High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred

* Basic mathematical skills

* Must be able to respond to verbal and written instructions

* Physical ability to repetitively lift, stand, climb, bend, etc. within a manufacturing environment
