To help fuel our continued expansion, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team in a hands-on role overseeing the digital marketing strategy, planning, and execution.

This is an exciting opportunity for a rock star digital marketer to define and oversees our digital strategy, encompassing Search, Display, Programmatic, Content Syndication, Paid Social, and Media Publishers in an effort to take our digital demand generation capability to the next level.

The ideal candidate should have experience working with advertising agencies or publisher networks to drive demand awareness that converts into sales ready leads. This also entails tracking, analyzing, and accounting for the effectiveness of each digital touch point and campaign and identifying areas for improvement.

Location: This role is remote and open to individuals nationwide. Prefers applicants on Pacific or Mountain time zones. 

Responsibilities:


  • Drive and coordinate integration of digital strategy across AbacusNext digital channels, including landing pages, microsites, paid (search, display, social, syndication) earned, and owned digital media, while optimizing spend.

  • Stay abreast of emerging digital technologies, media opportunities, and strategies, while optimizing visitor and customer experience.

  • Advise marketing communications, web development, demand generation centers, sales on digital best practices spanning interface design, user experience, new capabilities, privacy laws and regulations, and digital strategy compliance.

  • Create and maintain maps and use cases of digital activities and touchpoints for primary audience categories.

  • Copywriting and development experience and the ability to develop ad copy and emails that convert contacts throughout demand waterfall; and optimize email nurture programs to increase velocity and conversion of leads.

  • Manage online and external agencies using performance-based metrics and acting as a key liaison between the marketing team and key stakeholders to drive measurable business results.

  • Define a primary set of digital key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop and manage a dashboard reflecting progress toward each KPI.

  • This team member will measure the growth and effectiveness of digital marketing tactics. They will work to grow and optimize our online presence through testing, landing page optimization, bidding strategies, strong messaging and agency collaboration and management.

  • As a member of the marketing team, this role will collaborate closely with sales stakeholders to improve inbound lead quality, quantity and process management.

  • This individual will be responsible for media planning, budget management, testing strategy, and campaign tracking.

  • Daily/weekly responsibilities should include tracking campaign results, reporting, analyzing all paid search, display, and social initiatives, reporting, and providing recommendations for ongoing improvements to key stakeholders.

  • This team member will drive continued innovation and best practices, educating our key stakeholders and executives on future opportunities for success.

Skills & Requirements:


  • B.A./B.S. degree in Marketing/Business/Technology preferred.

  • 3-5 years’ experience in a fast-paced B2B environment, preferably in SaaS and the Software/IT industry, spearheading digital marketing demand generation.

  • Must have previous experience in PPC, display, and SEO, as well as lead generation, and online content development.

  • Experience in the following areas is required: SEM (search engine marketing), PPC (pay-per-click) Paid Media, Paid Social, and content syndication.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment, with multiple and changing priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.

  • Strong interpersonal and team player skills with an ability to communicate at all levels, both internally and externally.

  • Experience with digital agencies, online marketplaces or digital marketing consultancies strongly preferred.

  • Experience working with MarTech stack, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Google Search Console, OptinMonster, Survey Monkey, and GoToWebinar.

  • Additional experience with advertising platforms, nice to have
