Responsibilities:



  • Serves as the initial point of contact for general HR inquiries from both field and support center employees. The HRG is accountable for the assessment of the inquiry/complaint identifying risks, involving the appropriate parties, proposing recommendations and/or taking action to ensure a timely resolution (general to complex matters).

  • Manages the new hire orientation and on-boarding for all regional and above and ESC new hires.

  • Collects, compiles, and analyzes company data and HR metrics from a variety of sources, including an HRIS, payroll outputs, employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, competitors practices, and other sources for trends in engagement, retention, compensation and more

  • Prepares reports of results, presenting and explaining findings as needed; assists in building business cases based on findings

  • Manages the HR Ops vendor relationship(s) and provides updates, troubleshoots service issues, and educates end users when appropriate. Serves as the department subject matter expert for a select vendor.

  • Collaborate with the extended HR team to implement or improve programs and processes across all HR functions including appreciation and recognition and employee relations

  • Oversees low level to complex HR initiatives and routine projects supporting the support center and/or field locations with minimal supervision.

  • Additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications



  • 1-3 years HR experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Ability to thrive within a team environment and work independently with minimal supervision

  • Possess the ability to handle complex issues and use critical thinking

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Suite Office

  • Exhibits good time management

  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal communication skills at all levels of the organization

  • Ability to influence and provide coaching/guidance w/ frontline and next level leaders

  • Comfortable gathering, organizing, analyzing, and reporting data

  • Works comfortably under pressure, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to multitask, be resilient and persistent

  • The ability to work a flexible work schedule including some evenings and weekends

  • Potential opportunities for travel based on business needs

Preferred Qualifications



  • PHR or SHRM-CP.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred

  • Multi-site exposure

  • Demonstrates progression within the HR Field

  • Previous experience working with payroll, HRIS, FMLA/LOA, benefits, employee hotline, HR audits, reporting and compliance.
