PKI and Media destruction support team that provides agency PKI oversight and issuance of up to 3,000 tokens and certificates annually. Provide Registration Authority (RA) support in compliance with DoD Policy supporting access control.  Perform or manage the physical or electronic destruction of media in accordance with DoD/NSA policies and regulations.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:


  • Associates or Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience in Cybersecurity, and/or Information Systems Management, Information Technology

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:



  • At least 2 Years- PKI Register Authority (RA) experience


    • Demonstrated experience providing certificates and certificate maintenance activities to support the PKI Program in compliance with the DoD PKI Policy and Federal Common PKI Policy Framework to also include individual PKI Alternate Tokens (hardware-based) and server PKI certificates.

    • Providing PKI or trusted agent services for all classification levels supporting unclassified, secret, and top secret systems.


  • Knowledge of DoD Cybersecurity Policies  

  • Knowledge of DoD/NSA media destruction policies and regulations

  • Ability to advise customers on proper media destruction techniques and procedures

  • Ability to create and maintain compliance artifacts, metrics, and reporting

Certification(s):


  • IAM Level I or IAT Level I REQUIRED

  • Required to complete DoD PKI training after hire

Clearance Level:


  • Active TS/SCI Clearance REQUIRED

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS: 


  • This is a partial Telework position

  • If alternate worksite is other than DCSA facilities or corporate office space, must have the reliable ability to communicate over voice (cell phone preferred) and stable, capable internet connection.

  • Must speak English well enough to communicate complex technical ideas to a diverse customer both verbally and in written form.
