Our customers are continually increasing their network capacities by building out or densifying their networks using cell towers, antenna placements on buildings and rooftops, and DAS and small cells – the infrastructure - this is what we do at SBA.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:



  • Manage relationships with multiple vendors working on diverse MarCom projects ensuring effective delivery of milestones, quality output, status reporting, and timely execution of all deliverables within budget. Frequent reporting to leadership on status of projects and client requests.



  • Manage and nurture the company’s digital communities, inclusive of responding to and promoting messages, moderating comments, promoting the corporate brand and growing the company’s number of followers. The incumbent will act as a brand ambassador for the company in social media spaces while facilitating these duties.



  • Creates, implements and oversees marketing communication programs that effectively describe and promote the organization and its solutions, both internally and externally. Accountable for a range of writing and project management assignments to support the department in the preparation of marketing materials, digital content, presentations and/or speeches as business needs dictate.



  • Serve as primary coordinator of the company’s content on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, and other social media and digital channels. Implement and maintain an editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely campaigns. Administrate the creation and regularly scheduled publishing of relevant, original, high-quality organizational content. Manage scheduling, status updates and timely delivery of key digital milestones, reporting frequently to leadership.



  • Work with leadership on sponsorship strategies involving, reporting top-lines, analysis of events, marketing campaigns to drive ROI, marketing and communication assets needed for participation in those sponsorships. Manage the online internal portal for maintaining the report updates for each engagement along with tracking.



  • Promote a solid content, engagement and conversion strategy through support of our marketing and advertising initiatives. Assist in developing content to maximize open- and click-through rates.



  • Monitor data trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy. Determine, measure and analyze benchmarks to establish ROI based on key performance indicators (KPI’s) that matter most to the company and identify and report notable threats to leadership.



  • Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising content marketing, SEO, SEM and advertising campaigns.



  • Support the production of fully integrated marketing campaigns, programs and business strategies that foster the development of brand awareness and our digital/print reputation, inclusive of administration of department assets and programs that support business development, philanthropic and recruiting.



  • Support and collaborate in the development of video, podcast and web content to maintain high editorial standards that support rapidly paced communications and programs.



  • Facilitate on-going professional development through participation in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.



  • Other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education and/or Experience:


  • BA in Marketing, Communications or related field of study required.


  • 10+ years in a Senior Project Management capacity; PMI Certified a plus



  • 10+ years’ experience working in marketing and/or communications in a B2B environment. Experience requirements are inclusive of:



    • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the tenets of traditional marketing.



    • Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in creativity and documented immersion in social media.



    • Experience and proficiency in content marketing theory and application. A keen sense of what type of content is optimal for which social media network, and leverage this knowledge.



    • Experience sourcing and managing content development and publishing.



    • In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, their respective participants (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.



    • Working knowledge of principles of SEM and SEO including keyword research and Google Analytics. Highly knowledgeable in the principles of “Search and Social.”




  • Advanced knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office products, specifically Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint and interactive platforms.

 

Language Skills:



  • Ability to speak, read and write in English. Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred.



  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports and legal documents.



  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in written and video format.



  • Ability to tailor content to the level and experience of the audience.



  • Ability to use multiple channels or means to communicate important messages (i.e. memos, meetings, electronic mail).



  • Attention to detail. Ability to develop accurate written materials.



  • Ability to utilize graphics and other aids to clarify complex or technical information.



  • Ability to create graphics, overheads, or slides that display information clearly and with high impact.



  • Demonstrated proficiency in Social Customer Service techniques such as empathy, patience, advocacy and conflict resolution.


Mathematical Skills:



  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, proportions, percentages, area and volume.


Reasoning Ability:



  • Ability to define and prioritize problems, collect and organize data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions and projections.



  • Ability to think critically, utilizing a logical, systematic, sequential approach.



  • Ability to weigh costs, benefits, risks, and chances for success, in making well informed decisions.

  • Exhibits the ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to analytical side, able to demonstrate why their ideas are analytically sound.
