What do you get to do in this position?

Coordinate the day-to-day manufacturing activities of production workers to meet the production schedules, volume, cost and quality standards

1. Operator arrangement and make sure to complete the manufacturing orders on time with good quality.
2. Ensure finish goods shipments are on time.
3. Operator training (multi-skill) arrangement, improve productivity and efficiency.
4. Reduce scrape rate.
5. Handle and coordinate quality problem occurring on production line.
6. Complete monthly production report, quality records and operator evaluations, on time.

This job may be for you if you have:

  • Undergraduate degree (Preferably in an Engineering discipline).

  • 2 years in manufacturing management.
