Verint Back Office Product Lead - Operating Effectiveness Senior Manager

This position is responsible for the implementation, product leadership and governance of the Verint back office software suite supporting workforce optimization across the enterprise within the workforce planning center of excellence.

The Sr. Manager will be a member of the Workforce Optimization leadership team and will be the owner of the back office technology supporting all aspects of planning and workflow for the back office.

   

Responsibilities include:


  • Support operational simplification in the back office while providing unprecedented visibility into, and data about, operations processes, staffing, and workload.

  • Support Back Office planning teams optimize enterprise resources to improve throughput, streamline operations, enhance consistency and compliance, and achieve an enhanced client & customer experience.

  • Work to automate tasks as collecting data across disparate systems, capturing and forecasting work volumes, and measuring employee contributions to work processed.

  • Deliver a Verint back office configuration in partnership with back office planning teams which will provide a holistic way to manage the back-office resources and processes while balancing costs and service.

  • Partner with Verint Master Data team to ensure highest standard o data integrity

  • Directly responsible for configuring & administration the Verint DPA (Desktop and Process Analytics) which will be the base of collecting data & insights related to productivity management which will feed the strategic planning module of the Verint workforce suite.

  • Directly responsible for Work Manager / Back-Office Forecasting Module which addresses transactional processing in complex, multisystem, multistep work environments.

  • Directly and indirectly manage teams to achieve expected deliverables across multiple functions, domains and sub-domains. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure strategic initiatives are prioritized, scheduled and delivered appropriately. 

  • Ensure appropriate project and development methodologies (e.g. AGILE, SCRUM, etc.) are used with technology partners to structure and manage interdepartmental and intra-departmental initiatives efficiently.

  • Ensure that target savings are achieved by building efficiencies in the workforce plans as milestones are delivered across the workforce technology book of work.

  • Manage all backlog prioritization and presentations.

Qualifications include:


  • 10+ years proven leadership experience, including at least 5+ years of workforce planning experience with Verint

  • Bachelor’s degree.  Preferred in Supply Chain/Logistics or Business Administration.

  • Ability to communicate effectively and appropriately with multiple audiences.

  • Macro thinker, able to think across a large cross-functional project portfolio

  • Maintain knowledge base on new technology trends, solutions and techniques and protocols.

  • Proven Technology experience or a liaison position that interfaced extensively with Technology.
