Job Description:

 

   

The Music Generalist is the frontline support for the client’s music content operations. Agents review music content published by the client for accuracy.  Agents are expected to assess the content to ensure that data errors, major content gaps, and miscellaneous issues are resolved prior to the client releasing it to public. This will involve Data matching & verifications.

 

Education:

 

Bachelor’s degree required preferably in Music, Business, or Management. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Required:

 

 

Minimum 2 years in operations or support
