IDEXX is growing rapidly and is looking to bring on aChange Management Lead into our IT team to support the digital adoption and benefitrealization across our global enterprise. In this role, youwill work to support the global deployment,implementationand benefit realizationofenterprise technology. We hope you would put an emphasis on developing user-centricvalue propositions, driving user acceptance and adoption, and effectively managing the relevanttechnology-drivenchanges that impact employees. You will alsoact as achange championbygenerating demand, assessing new use casesof value to business, andby demonstrating technology capabilitiesto improve IDEXX business processes. In this role you will work to maximize the understanding and adoption of enterprise technology and process changes while minimizing business disruption and employee confusion

What you can expect
- You will help us develop a holistic strategy around effective change management for a large, diverse, and fast-moving organization.
- You'll create organizational and/or individual value proposition(s)and relevant branding and marketing approaches
- You will generate demand, evaluate new use cases and overallcontribute to expanding value of the technology investments
- You'll partner with leaders in the IT organization to develop a framework for managing change while fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activitiesto supportemployee acceptance and adoption
- You'll evangelize new tools and standards, capture and manage knowledge
- Assess the change impact, conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders
- Assessand outlineuser personas for impacted parties, and evaluate and ensure user readiness
- Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery ofmarketing,communication andtraining programs
- Use data to drive continuous improvement of programs and processes
- Identify and manage anticipated resistance
- Consult and coach project teams as well as coach managers and supervisors
- Report out to senior staff on progress against business drivers.
- Support integration of change management activities into project management plans and activities
- Ensure non-core team employee and end-user perspectives are incorporated into the design of the system and process changes
- Assist with staff engagement, outreach, and focus groups for end-user input and feedback on the system design and rollout plan
- Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress, and create venues for collecting ongoing feedback
- Foster and demonstrate a workplace inclusive of creating opportunity, serving others, building trust, innovation, and exceeding expectations
- You will support the development of complex business cases for senior management while demonstrating thought leadership, innovative tendencies, and an ability to drive for results

What You Will Need to Succeed
- Prefer a Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field
- Ideally 5+ years of professional experience working in Marketing, Product Management or related field.
- Experience defining, building and executing a change management program in a large, matrixed organization
- Experience with process improvement methods and tool and/or past experience in developing and establishing standards
- Strong communication skills including clear and concise writing, an engaging presentation style, and strong group facilitation
- Success driving alignment across multiple stakeholder groups/teams
- Ability to influence without authority
- Ability to think and react in a high energy, fast-paced environment
- Sound business judgment and strong analytical thinking skills as well as a proven track record of taking ownership and delivering results
- Effectively collaborates throughout the organization including team, senior leadership, key stakeholders, etc.
- Superior presentation skills; the ability to present information and effectively engage an audience Superior organization and coordination skills to ensure processes are effectively followed and deliverables are achieved
- Must have strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with demonstrated ability to deliver results through others.
