The Clinical Support Assistant provides departmental support and assistance. Performs data management, prepares reports and completes special projects as assigned. Facilitates key activities across Labor & Delivery, High Risk OB, and OB Emergency Departments. Orders and tracks supplies and equipment. Assists Manager in compiling audits and reports as well as submitting security requests for system access for team members. Ensures all onboarding activities are complete.

Education:
High School Diploma or G.E.D.

Experience/Training:
Minimum 2 years of work-related experience required. Experience with heavy reporting, using graphs and formulas in Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with assisting in project management.

Skills:
Demonstrates excellence in organization, communication and human relations skills. Demonstrates speed and accuracy with computer based programs. Ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task workload in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
