Overview

FMC is looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to set the strategy and direction for distributor and direct/1:1 customer marketing. This position will focus on integrating CRM, digital, and analytical technologies into all aspects of the 'B2B2B' marketing mix.
They will oversee distributor and end user programs & engagement, analytics & data management, and the curation of FMC Professional Solutions' digital presence.
The role will also work to develop and execute an annual content calendar, explore new delivery methods/channels, and establish thought leadership in all market segments. The Digital Marketing Manager will also work closely with the account and sales teams on growth initiatives by providing leads, targeting analyses, and program offerings at both the distributor and end user levels.
This position is cross-functional and will also work closely with supporting areas including Sales, Marketing, Technical Service, Regulatory, Finance, Supply Chain, Legal, and others to deliver these robust results.
This role is based in Philadelphia, PA at the FMC Tower offices and reports directly to the Professional Solutions Marketing Manager in the Global Specialty Solutions business of FMC Corporation.

Responsibilities

Customer Programs & Engagement
Responsible for creating and managing '1:1' marketing/media plans that drive sales growth in all market segments
- Lead the execution of an annual content calendar, promotional campaigns, and account-specific objectives
- Lead the strategy, implementation, and execution of customer loyalty programs and growth initiatives
- Generate and prioritize leads, track through the ‘funnel', and coordinate conversion with sales team
- Maintaining general knowledge of campaign performance across all market by working closely with the Marketing Manager to generate reporting and analysis of trends and insights
- Coordinate campaigns, launches, and all marketing initiatives to ensure effective communication and across interdisciplinary teams
Analytics & Data Management
- Manage the customer database and segmentation in all market segments at both the distributor and end user levels
- Utilize our marketing CRM tool, HubSpot, to facilitate the collection, organization, analysis, and output of all marketing campaigns
- Design, execute, and regularly report on a set of KPI's for all market segments
- Provide data, research, and customer analyses support to sales and account business plans
- Track customer and distributor engagement to optimize ROI on marketing channels/budget
Curate Digital Presence
- Oversee and maintain all digital platforms including website(s), social media feeds, content management systems, CRM, and internal systems
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across platforms
- Lead the full Integration of CRM tools into all inbound/outbound campaigns
- Oversee digital marketing agency to execute multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Synthesize business strategies and external customer needs to develop compelling and engaging content and user experiences
- Identify new features, content, and functionality that delight users and drive growth
- Serve as the subject matter expert for all digital platform(s)

Required Education

- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university

Qualifications

- 5+ years of related online marketing, web analytics, and/or communications experience
- Knowledge of using and maintaining CRM tools (HubSpot a plus)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation abilities
- Experience working with all levels of the value chain including end users, distribution, and distribution sales representatives.
- Familiarity with agronomic practices, pest control, lawn care, and/or golf specialty chemicals markets a plus
- Capable of creating a strategic vision with customer influence utilizing a variety of marketing tactics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Results focused, with a flexible approach. Thrives on owning job responsibilities
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously, with limited supervision under tight timeframes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for new business development opportunities
- Strong ability to work collaboratively with peers and in cross functional teams
- Proactively engage with Commercial leads to share insights that will benefit their markets while openly seeking input on the strategic direction of the customer marketing function within a respective market all with an end goal to maximize revenues and customer loyalty
