Job Description:
Summary:
Under the administrative and clinical supervision of the Director of Crisis Care Services, the Team Lead, Tennessee Recovery Project consistently demonstrates a high-level clinical performance, leadership, organizational skills, and abilities promoting a departmental culture of excellence. The Team Lead, Tennessee Recovery Project, is responsible for providing operational support for their assigned team and the services they provide.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Regular and reliable attendance. Demonstrates high-level clinical knowledge and skill in providing telephonic and electronic clinical screenings/assessments and crisis intervention. Demonstrates the ability to effectively and efficiently obtain all information (i.e. demographics and clinical information) for accurate documentation in the electronic database. Meets the ethical and clinical standards in compliance with accrediting bodies. Demonstrates knowledge and competency in providing service linkage and referrals for programs/services and other community resources. Promotes a departmental culture of cooperation and collaboration with other cross-functional departments, community agencies, hospitals, mental health consumers, and the public at large. Attends team meetings, in-service trainings, supervision, and other quality assurance trainings. Responsible for reporting any staff or program concerns/issues to the Director of Crisis Care Services. Assists in planning staff meetings, staff trainings, and staff development functions. Responsible for completing operational supervision/training of staff as assigned. Provides phone coverage as needed. Assists in administrative tasks as needed.

Job Qualifications:
Master's degree in a related field of counseling, psychology, or social work preferred. 1-3 years of experience as a Mental Health Counselor providing clinical screenings, crisis intervention services, or conducting clinical intake assessments. Responsive to clinical supervision and supervisory guidance. Ability to cultivate and work within a positive team environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
