SUMMARY:
Customer Service Liaison is a fundamental role within our Sales team. The primary focus is on both customer service and order entry functions. This position reports directly to the EVP of Sales and Marketing.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond to all customer inquiries related to purchase orders, products and issues
- Order entry
- Participate in quality assurance process- every order entered is reviewed by another team member to ensure accuracy
- Maintain customer processes and requirements
- Customer quotations
- Handle shipping related issues and questions that may arise from customers
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Other Duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented with a strong sense of organization
- Data/Order Entry experience
- Intermediate or higher Excel knowledge
- Professional phone and in person manner
- MS Office - Word and Access (beginner)
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
