Care
Management IT Tech Lead is a critical senior level position reporting to IT
Applications Engineering Manager. The Tech Lead for Care Management will be
responsible for developing, maintaining, and managing complex technology
solutions including SaaS vendor solution offerings for authorization, case
management, appeals and grievances etc.

Responsibilities
include interfacing with IT and Business partners to understand and influence
requirements to design and build highly scalable and sustainable solutions and
provide ongoing support of such solutions.

Responsibilities:

- Lead analysis,
requirements, design, and development activities on concurrent complex projects
with multi-source, on and offshore teams.
- Provide technical
leadership in designing and implementing large scale, complex enterprise applications
in Care Management platforms requiring high performance and availability.
- Works effectively
with SaaS product vendors and IT service functions to ensure superior service
(meeting or exceeding SLAs) delivery for all platform integrations and support
services.
- Accountable for
ensuring the business and technical architecture of the delivered solution
matches with functional requirements.
- Derive and enforce
best practices in architecture, design, and coding and ensure guardrail
standards are followed.
- Be able to
synthesize complex data/information and lead complex technical implementations
on plan.
- Able to
effectively communicate status, design, and approach with management/business
sponsors/product managers.
- Ability to build
strong relationships and drive alignment on difficult topics.
- Self-directed,
works with limited management direction and exercise considerable latitude in
determining technical objectives of assignment.
- Continuously looks
to improve processes, technology, and people to deliver high quality solutions
in a sustainable and efficient manner.

Qualification:

- 7+ years hands-on design, config, coding, integration, and deployment experience in Healthcare Payer applications including Care Management platforms.
- Extensive experience in managing care management solutions.
- Experience or knowledge in Authorization and Case Management platforms such as MedHOK AuthAccel, IMA Case Trakker.
- Expertise in .net, Oracle PL/SQL, API services, SaaS.
- Exposure to ETL such as Informatica and Oracle Datamart.
- Experience with SaaS solutions and experience managing Security roles.
- Strong ability to analyze business requirements and transform into technical design and system solutions leveraging design patterns.
- Familiar with standard software development tools, including incident tracking, documentation, and testing systems.
- Demonstrated ability managing projects with tight timelines in a complex organization.
- Demonstrated experience working with vendor partners.

Education:

- BS or MS in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or equivalent number of years of direct hands on experience.
