For the safety of our employees and those considering employment with Cotiviti, we are currently conducting all interviews virtually. In addition, the majority of the Cotiviti team is currently working remotely, and we are onboarding new hires remotely as well. As we monitor the pandemic, these arrangements may change and we will update accordingly.

This role serves as business Vendor Manager in our Retrieval Operations Center. This position will oversee our current and prospective contracts with the purpose of ensuring quick and accurate medical record retrieval.

Principal Responsibilities and Essential Duties:

- Collaborate with onsite retrieval vendors to ensure quick and accurate record retrieval.

- Ability to negotiate contracts with vendors for optimal value to Cotiviti.

- Manage annual vendor evaluations for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

- Perform due diligence on prospective vendors, ensuring timeliness and accuracy of vendor responses, documenting findings, and maintaining all supporting documentation.

- Assist in establishing, maintaining and implementing policies and procedures to ensure adequate vendor oversight.

- Hire, develop, coach, lead and retain top-tier talent, with a focus on building and improving a team and culture that is able to assist in employing best in class practices to support and drive high levels of internal and external customer satisfaction.

- Complete all responsibilities as outlined on annual Performance Plan.

- Complete all special projects and other duties as assigned.

- Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in business, management or related field or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

- 3+ years' experience in vendor management.

- Ability to manage a team.

- Excellent customer relations skills.

- Exceptional communications skills, both verbal and written.

- High level of motivation. and self-direction, including the ability to work independently in a rapidly changing environment.

- Strong planning, organizational and time management skills.
