We have an opportunity for an Operations Supervisor for our 2nd shift to join our Moorpark, CA team. You will coordinating the Production Team to continuously improve safety, quality, delivery, cost and cash flow. You will insure the production of a quality product on time by ensuring that the team operates consistently within the policies and procedures of Pentair Pool Products and Pentair Corporation. #LI-KS

You will:

* Establish line rates and manning to meet the goals of the PSI process.

* Train the production team to meet customer demand and participate in the continuous improvement process and kaizen activities.

* Coach employees for career/talent development

* Ensure Teams are meeting production requirement.

Key Qualifications:

* 5-7 years manufacturing and/or management.

* Have earned a Bachelor's Degree and/or 5 + years of experience in similar role

* Lean Environment & Implementation experience

* Planning, scheduling, personal management, prioritization and delegation plus previous budgeting responsibilities

* Able to communicate effectively in the English language. Ability to communicate in Spanish a plus
