OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB:

This position is responsible for the accurate processing and packaging of all customer orders in a timely and efficient manner.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conveyable/Non Conveyable Pick

Responsible for pulling parts using the voice pick system required for customer orders.

Replenish stock as required by workload demands.

Ensure that all parts pulled are accurately labeled.

Maintain a clean and safe work area.

Order Packaging

Package all customer orders

Verify the part number and quantity for all parts within the customer orders.

Ensure that all orders are packed to minimize damage and meet shipping guidelines.

Apply shipping labels to customer orders.

Maintain adequate supply of packaging materials and clean/safe work area.

N/C Order Close-Out

Package all non- conveyable parts for customer orders.

Ensure that all orders are packed to minimize damage and meet shipping guidelines.

Assist the merge of non- conveyable & conveyable product.

Maintain adequate supply of packaging materials and clean/safe work area.

Load completed customer orders onto a skid.

Other Duties of this Position:

Assist with annual inventory.

Assist with packaging as needed.

Assist with pullback as needed.

*Perform other duties as assigned or required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.

EXPERIENCE/TRAINING

No experience or training.

Will be required to use the AS400, iSeries and UPS World Ship.

Ability to communicate effectively.

Ability to follow established safety standards.
