Responsibilities


  • Generate purchase requisitions for completeness and ensure compliance with Procurement/Legal/Accounting policies including maintenance/reviewing all support documentation & contracts for region

  • Work closely with the SV analyst and site teams in ensuring the purchase requisition, change orders and other updates to the PO are being executed in a timely manner

  • Manages creation, Legal approval, and coordination of CSMAs, CSA addendums, SOWs and regional contract submissions


  • Follow up with internal business partners for purchase requisition information/requirements of documents, contracts, etc.


  • Identifies and resolves invoicing discrepancies


  • Contributes to the development of reporting/process changes to improve business visibility/efficiency


  • Interfaces on a routine basis with site/project personnel, providing support and/or responding to questions/requests


  • Provides ad-hoc financial, operational, and maintenance reporting upon request


  • Performs other duties as assigned by manager and/or as requested by other team members


Qualifications


  • Positive attitude, excellent communication and interpersonal skills


  • Ability to work well in high pressure situations in order to meet deadlines


  • Highly organized, flexible and adaptable to changing priorities


  • High attention to detail and results focused


  • Ability to work well independently and in groups


  • HS Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's Degree preferred; background in technology sector a plus


  • Proficient in Excel


  • 1 - 2 years of experience in Procurement a plus


  • Experience in Oracle R12, Coupa, Apttus are a plus
