THE OPPORTUNITY

Marvell is a leading supplier of semiconductor solutions into the infrastructure space and we enable customers with products that compute, encrypt, move and store data. As an intern with our sales organization, the candidate will be able to leverage engineering and technical knowledge to engage with customers to understand their requirements and help develop a solution for their success. The candidate will be exposed to a number of different customer engagement scenarios and will be tasked with following up on sales leads, refining qualification questions and developing best practices for customer follow-up and tracking.

Responsibilities:

* High-level training and overview of Marvell product line and solutions

* Documentation of qualification questions and tracking of customer requirements

* LOTs of interaction with Marvell sales team and customers (both new and existing)

* Developing collateral to make sales follow-up duplicatable based on common requirements from customers

* Creating new solutions by working between sales, product and marketing groups

Minimum Qualifications:

* Candidate MUST be currently pursuing a BS/MS (preferred) degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering or related technical field(s)

* 0-1 years of previous experience

Preferred Qualifications:

* Excellent verbal and written skills; comfortable with LOTs of people interaction

* Self-starter who is creative in developing new approaches to problems

* Solid Design and Development experience, pursuing an MS in EE/CS and good verbal and written communication skills

* Good understanding of computer architecture or electric circuit boards

* Understanding of Networking Protocols such as IP, TCP, UDP, etc. is a plus

* Experience working on X86 or ARM machines

* Must be independent and faster learner to ramp up in a dynamic environment
