As an HR Program Manager overseeing the Contingent Talent Acquisition Program, you will function as the in-house subject matter expert on Agilent's staffing and contingent resource policies. You will provide consultation to business leaders and stake holders as they resource Agilent to deliver on its business strategies. You will also support the Global Talent infrastructure team on specific Workday design plans, testing, training, upgrades and overall system management.

The role includes but is not limited to the following deliverables:


* Partner with Global Legal partners to stay current on external labor positioning as it pertains to contingent labor
* Management of Temporary Staffing vendors functioning as point of contact for Agilent
* Ensure current policy is reviewed and updated as needed
* Drive and influence global organizational adoption of policy, system and process
* Collaborate on design and delivery of enterprise wide contingent resource training curriculum and communication with the teams in Talent Acquisition, global sourcing and Agilent managers.
* Provide consultation to business and line leaders as needed on various strategies to resourcing their organizations to meet business needs
* Effectively manage change, implementation and program adoption
* Partner with Global Sourcing and internal contracts team to streamline contingent acquisition processes
* Perform audits ensuring ongoing compliance to current policies, processes and training requirements
* Responsible for quarterly updates on state of global contingent labor
* Develop, produce and analyze reports generated on a regular and ad-hoc basis providing timely information for the team
* Manages Workday system design updates, testing, and back-office changes as needed for the Contingent program & Global Talent Organization
* Functions as lead point of contact for all internal and external audits as it pertains to the Contingent Program
* Manages other HR programs as needed.

* Bachelors, Master's Degree or University Degree or equivalent plus a minimum of 8+ years' relevant and practical experience
* Demonstrated ability to partner with key stakeholders, which includes senior management, business leaders, infrastructure colleagues and external vendors
* Demonstrates accountability through exceptional collaboration, influencing, and problem-solving skills. Has excellent written/verbal communication, presentation and customer service skills
* Possess a strong attention to detail, time management and business acumen
* Creative problem-solving ability and a consultancy mindset
* Able to follow, critically evaluate, and improve upon current processes
* Agility to partner with leaders on a global basis and drive towards a compliant and efficient working model.
* Knowledge of HR processes, policies and procedures
* 5+ years of functional Workday HCM and reporting experience preferred
* Work with stakeholder groups to review Workday HCM design and configuration solutions and can effectively answer questions about them
* Ability to manage multiple responsibilities, projects and work on day-to-day without supervision
* Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks effectively, prioritize requests, adapt well to change, and work in a fast-paced environment
* Must be able to handle confidential information and issues effectively and without breach of confidentiality
* Project management knowledge and ability to interact with all levels of employees while maintaining an enthusiastic, professional demeanor during interactions
