Description:
WANTED: An experienced HVAC Technician with demonstrated
experience in maintenance and repairs of Heating,
Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems.
As an HVAC Technician you will:

support specific technical tasks.

A week in the life of an HVAC Technician:
* Install, maintain and repair HVAC systems equipment
and computer controlled digital components.
* Perform periodic and preventive maintenance on all
HVAC equipment.
* Troubleshoot, repair and or replace VFD fans, VAV
boxes, air handlers, Rooftop units, Split Mitsubishi
units, McQuay Glycol Dry Coolers, 20 ton computer
Crac units, Geo Thermal pumps and compressors, Unit
heaters, T-stats, temperature sensors and ice
machines.
* Assist in the training of the General maintenance
staff covering non-technical preventive maintenance
of the HVAC systems.
* Use familiarity with computer management programs
covering HVAC controls. (Siemens System)
* Keep necessary records.
* Coordinate work with other trades.
* Perform other general maintenanc duties as assigned.
* Work with other trades on a daily basis.
* Work a rotating holiday schedule with the staff.
* 1st shift position 6:30 am to 3:00 pm. Occasional
weekend work required.

Requirements:
* A minimum 4 yrs experience in the HVAC field.
* High School Diploma or equivalent.
* Ability to work well with co-workers and work well
alone.
* Willing to adapt and change direction due to daily
service requests.
* Some Geo Thermal experience is helpful but not
required (Will train the right candidate)
* MA issued Refrigeration Technician License and
trained/certified as a Universal Technician by an
EPA approved source.
