Big Ass Fans is growing! We are actively looking for a Corporate Recruiter to join our Human Resources team and assist in all company recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate will thrive in a deadline driven, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent of a multi-site organization.


• Partner with hiring managers to forecast and develop plans for recruiting initiatives.


• Manage cradle-to-grave recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels within multiple business units.


• Proactively source, screen, and present high quality candidates.


• Develop a strong understanding of the Big Ass Fans (BAF) brand and identify individuals who will be successful within the organization.


• Work with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria.


• Regular follow-up with all involved parties to ensure timeliness of recruitment process.


• Research and attend recruiting events to build brand awareness.


• Drive process improvement initiatives.


• Cultivate and maintain relationships with higher education contacts (i.e. career centers, student organizations, and faculty).

Requirements:

• 
  Bachelor’s degree preferred.


• 3-5 years of professional recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment; staffing agency experience preferred.


• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and the ability to build trust and credibility with candidates and hiring managers. 


• Previous experience working with an ATS (Jobvite preferred, but not required).


• Detail-oriented with strong time-management and organizational skills.
