Come join our team.The Digital Marketing Manager will build our digital marketing strategy and will focus on leveraging the full range of digital assets, including digital marketing tools, automation, personalization, email marketing and virtual events to deliver comprehensive and effective digital marketing programs. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing the tactical operation, integration, and administration of all digital assets and campaigns and must be capable of operating on a strategic and tactical level.Key Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


  • Concept, develop and manage an innovative and results-focused digital architecture using customer experience across multiple platforms including mobile devices
  • Experience in the development of technology applications appropriate for driving revenue
  • Develop the content marketing strategy and proficiently plan, create, syndicate and manage a range of knowledgeable and engaging new digital content ranging from thought leadership to video, podcasts and other digital assets
  • Deliver original digital marketing ideas that yield efficient ROMI across channels such as paid social, content syndication, video, apps, rich media, display, forum and community development, blogs, mobile/tablet, search marketing, and PR
  • Engage and influence the cross-functional colleagues and teammates
  • Develop and institute the methodology to consistently track and report performance of all digital programs and campaigns and tie it to business results
  • Coordinate technology production, implementation, and build-out of new technology
  • Identify and engage digital partner relationships and opportunities that support the social and digital strategy; lead the end to end partner development process, i.e. evaluate, negotiate contracts, support the strategic objectives
  • As digital subject matter expert keep current on digital market trends and technologies, customer needs, partner landscape, innovations affecting our industry, and recommend technology
  • Gather and analyze data from a variety of sources to make intelligent, informed recommendations and decisions on digital marketing plans and investment
  • Work closely with the global marketing team to align offers, campaigns, and activities with digital marketing efforts

Educations/Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree required, MBA preferred in business, marketing or a related field.
  • 5 years working in digital technology, sales operations or martech stack management, preferably for a technology or business services company
  • At least 3 years of experience focused on lead generation, lead scoring, lead conversion, planning, execution and optimization of CRM marketing engagement to drive demand generation and revenue
  • Experienced in digital first, content development strategy
  • Proven proficiency in the execution of SEO, SEM and digital profiling
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in planning, creating and optimizing digital strategy across multiple platforms with proper reach and measurement of effectiveness
  • A history of working with matrixed, cross functional teams within a business unit structure and centralized, global marketing services
  • Knowledge and proficiency in using CRM software, marketing automation, digital platforms to drive increased customer engagement and marketing effectiveness.
  • Analytical mindset, with a passion for user experience and a relentless drive for performance
  • Solid working knowledge of web, mobile and adaptive web technologies and applications
  • Experience and capable of implementing a comprehensive Google Analytics and digital marketing dashboard
  • Excellent time, budget management and project management skills
