We're growing fast, and that's where you come in. Come join our team.The Environmental Services Business Lead is responsible for managing the Environmental services business in Water Systems. He/she will lead the expansion of the global scope of services for Environmental Services beyond current client initiatives, and will contribute to the development of new clients, delivery of presentations to internal management and external client leadership. This scope includes certifications to sustainability standards, biosafety cabinet certification and Field Certifier training.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Train, develop and mentor staff to provide excellent customer service.
  • Develops the business unit's strategic plans to develop new service offerings, initiatives to attain performance metrics, KPIs.
  • Ensure policies and procedures meet accreditation requirements and ensure that these are implemented consistently by staff.
  • Communicate frequently with clients to ensure NSF is meeting their needs and identify additional opportunities.
  • Assist the MD in preparation of budgets and business plans.
  • Achieves revenue and margin targets.
  • In collaboration with marketing, understands and analyzes market data, trends, and to clearly articulate global business growth opportunities
  • Serves as the primary NSF Environmental Services stakeholder on matters related to project scope, planning, execution, and delivery.
  • He/she will support the growth and development of the Environmental Services organization and serve as the primary point of contact for communication across the business unit.
  • Bachelors degree in biology, chemistry, environmental science or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience with TIC Industry, or sustainability experience.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Manager with supervisory experience of client facing roles.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience with P & L responsibility and a proven ability to increase revenue and margins.
  • Experience in managing remote staff.
  • Ability to travel globally (as COVID travel restrictions allow) up to 30%.

  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with sustainability programs and schemes.
