Responsible for assisting the product marketing business planning process, scheduling deliverables and alignment meetings across multiple areas of the business. Developing and recommending the portfolio mix, unit volumes, channel mix, monthly timing, product pricing, promo depth/frequency, and dealer margin scenarios that optimize the growth and profitability targets for each of the businesses.
Assisting in leading the business model analysis to maximize life-time-value profit, market share and shelf share in the channel. Developing and communicating clear business plan presentations and updates which highlight the key messages, issues, risks, opportunities and the 'story' behind the numbers.

Principal Accountabilities

Portfolio Planning Management

Responsible for:
- Building strong relationships with key members of Product Management, Sales, Sales Operations, Supply Chain, FP&A, Strategy and SEC to support SD business growth and process improvements.
- Creating business plans, sales reports, inventory reports, consensus forecasting, business review slides, executive presentation decks and other ad-hoc analysis and reporting.
- Providing strategic insight about variances to BP/FC, key drivers to variance and the impact on total revenue/CMP goals.
- Reviewing, analyzing and updating Critical Success Factors and results.
- Reviewing, analyzing and reporting findings on sales & market trends, market research, seasonality, channel mix and ASPs.
- Working with PM and Sales Ops to submit and get approval on price proposals in PAS system.
- Working with Sales, Sales Ops, PM and SEC to gather information and enter special pricing requests into TPS system. Follow up with related parties until pricing decision is finalized.
