Please note, this position is located in Naples, FL with occasional travel to the Arthrex Manufacturing plant in Ave Maria and is not benefit eligible. The ideal candidate will be available to start in December 2020.

Main Objective:

To assist Recruitment team with administrative office support and help with project work.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist Recruiting team with scheduling candidate phone interviews and onsite interviews.


• Coordinate candidate travel arrangements for onsite interviews as needed.


• Provide candidates with interview status updates.


• Post requisitions to external job boards.


• Review applications and pre-screen candidates by phone to identify individuals who best meet eligibility requirements.


• Assist the Recruiting team with job fairs and other recruiting related events as needed.

Education and Experience:

Progress towards a college degree in a related field required, preferably in HR, Business or Communications.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:

Basic to intermediate computer skills. Be able to follow written and verbal direction.

Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:

PC; Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook; PowerPoint; Word and Excel. Fax; Scanner.
