Idaho National Laboratory s (INL) Advanced Test Reactor (ATR) is seeking forward-thinking Field Representative. You will manage contracts and oversee work for subcontracts performed at ATR and other areas of INL.

Responsibilities Include:

* Provides the bridge between administrative and technical roles and responsibilities.

* Serves as the field representative for both the Subcontract Administrator (SA) and the Technical Authority (TA).

* Participates in the completion and coordination of documentation, provide approval for physical work performed by the subcontractor after regular work hours, and review invoices to ensure charges are in agreement with contract terms prior to authorizing payment.

Minimum Requirements:

* Level 1 - Bachelor's Degree or significant related experience in lieu of a Degree will be considered.

* Level 2 - Bachelor's degree and 2 years of related experience, or Advanced Degree and 1 year of related experience or significant related experience

* An entry level knowledge and expertise in nuclear reactor mechanical system construction, design, theory, and operations applicable to maintenance activities.

* Knowledge/Experience with procurement of goods and services.
