The mission of Q Industries is to build, deliver and support demonstration environments for use by our Solution Engineers (SEs) here at Salesforce. These demonstration environments incorporate the latest product capabilities that Salesforce has to offer, tailored to meet the needs of specific industries. With these demo environments, SEs have the tools that they need in order to deliver a best practice demo for a given industry and enable our SEs to scale, innovate and provide the best product demonstrations of their careers.

As an Industry Demo Architect you will have a significant impact on Salesforce's success by designing, building and supporting our global demo delivery platform with industry specific solutions. In this role you will be responsible for the Marketing Cloud demo environment and assets for the Financial Services industry. This is your chance to define the future and set the standard for how Salesforce Solution Engineers demonstrate our solutions to prospects and customers.

Responsibilities:

* Own the Financial Services demo environments from idea to reality: project manage the demo creation process including use case/feature prioritization, storyboarding, validation, feedback prioritization, demo asset design, demo build, release communication and enablement.

* Partner with Financial Services industry stakeholders within the sales organization and the industry product & marketing teams; lead requirements gathering and identification of use case priority based on demand and market opportunity.

* Design and develop emails, landing pages, journeys, mobile prototypes and more to help tell the Salesforce story.

* Creatively and strategically bring to life cross-channel customer journeys/customer experience through cutting-edge approaches to digital presentation.

* Architect, design, and build end-to-end Salesforce demos that cross multiple solutions and platforms, both Salesforce and 3rd party.

* Understand and implement the newest Salesforce features; keep up with the fast pace Salesforce product releases. This is an environment where you are always learning!

* Create & maintain related demo enablement assets - scripts, videos, how-tos.

* Leverage latest internal demo and creative frameworks for all industry demo initiatives.

* Deliver demo trainings to Solution Engineers; communicate & market demo release updates.

* Deliver product demonstrations at Salesforce & 3rd party industry events; participate in customer meetings as technical industry expert.

Education & Experience:

* Bachelor s degree, Information Sciences, Informatics, or similar field preferred.

* Minimum of 3-5 years work experience

* Project management skills to orchestrate complex projects

* Experience with Visual Design, Interaction Design, and Customer Experience Design

* Ability to recruit and lead a cross functional team to accomplish project goals

* Ability to prioritize and delegate work in a fast paced environment

* Have demonstrated design skills and experience with the Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on Photoshop & Illustrator (or similar programs).

* Have demonstrated proficiency with HTML and CSS.
