THE OPPORTUNITY:

Seyfarth Shaw is seeking a Labor and Employment Staff Attorney to assist our ERISA litigation team. This position is an exceptional and rare opportunity for experienced lawyers who do not seek to be in a partner-track position, but who want to continue to do sophisticated legal work.

Successful candidates will have 3 or more years of increasingly responsible experience in employment, commercial or insurance litigation. Candidates should have familiarity with federal court practice. Extensive writing experience as well as the ability to handle a high-volume practice that includes file review, preparing case analysis memoranda, pleadings, attending routine court hearings, attending mediation or conciliation meetings, and negotiating settlement agreements

YOU HAVE:

* 3+ years of ERISA litigation experience.

* Top law firm experience.

* Excellent academic credentials.

* Stellar analytical skills; Strong verbal and written communication skills.

* Admission to the state bar for the office that you are applying
