Job Description:
Job Tasks
Manage HR Generalist support services for various employees and departments
Monitors the effectiveness of the team interactions and behaviors. Address employee relations issues, such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other employee concerns
Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, providing guidance, and helping resolve work-related problems
Manage recruitment and onboarding activities, including supporting production and office teams, as well as managing campus recruitment needs as necessary
Work with management to develop or implement personnel policies or procedures
Reviews HR-related data and provides HR Metrics analysis
Works as a liaison between employees and HR-related services such as Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, etc. to answer questions and provide information.
Facilitate continuous improvements in HR work processes while focusing on client satisfaction
Provide HR services to other groups within the Asahi Kasei company as necessary
Travel minimally as necessary to other Asahi Kasei companies
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field required
Two to fives years of experience in related field preferred
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Experience in Workday is suggested, but not required
Working Environment / Physical Demands / Travel
Sits, walks, and stands sometimes. Lift occasionally. Travel 15% of the time.
