We are currently looking for an Order Fulfillment Associate to join our team. This person will be responsible for fulfilling internal and external orders, as well as packaging and shipping parts and equipment to customers. Additionally, they will create and maintain documentation for the department and customers while working with our Column Assembly and Quality Control Team to receive components for process equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Review orders in our ERP system (NAV). Issue material from Inventory to Jobs.
Prepare parts orders for shipping (cleaning, wrapping, boxing and/or crating), including packing lists and other required shipping documentation.
Maintaining minimum levels of Floor Stock items.
Perform cycle counts of Inventory items.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace and shop area.
Read and understand Engineering Bills of Material.
Assist Documentation and Manufacturing with completion of turnover packages for new equipment.
Assist QC with inspection of incoming components, including hoisting, cleaning to specifications, and completing Inspection Reports.
Coordinate with Logistics to arrange crating/packaging and shipment of large parts orders and finished goods.
Assist with assembly and testing of process equipment for pharmaceutical and bioprocess markets.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED.
Computer skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Experience in handling and managing parts inventory is a plus.
Experienced users of ERP systems considered major plus.
Hands-on mechanical skills
Familiarity with commonly used tools
