As
a result of our continued business growth, we are seeking a Clinical Research
and Recruitment Manager to lead and coordinate efforts to screen and recruit
physicians and patients for participation across diverse Health Economics and
Outcomes Research(HEOR) projects. This
is an exciting opportunity to join our growing team in Parsippany, New Jersey,
and provide strategic and tactical guidance to project teams on all recruitment
activities.

Your
responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Plan
and implement the organization's study recruitment efforts
- Supervise
recruitment staff
- Recruit
physicians/study sites via diverse methods (e.g., email, fax, telephone, mail)
to meet sample quotas
- Develop
site recruitment timelines
- Develop
and maintain physician participant lists
- Manage
fieldwork recruitment activities and attainment of study quotas
- Develop
standard operating procedures and quality improvement methods for recruitment
activities
- Oversee
external contract recruitment partners
- Collaborate
with internal and external stakeholders to meet project specific goals

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's
level degree plus 8 year of directly related
experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience (Note:
A Bachelor's level degree is equivalent to 6 years of directly related
experience)
- Experience
leading a team of recruitment staff
- Experience
in the pharmaceutical/HEOR industry and interfacing with medical/healthcare
professionals
- Experience
in physician and patient recruitment for participation in non-interventional
research, market research studies, and/or clinical trials
- Excellent
oral and written communication skills
- Ability
to manage multiple, concurrent tasks and priorities
- Excellent
time management skills
- Ability
to manage large Excel databases

Preferred:

- Master's
level degree
- Ability
to program in Qualtrics
