Job Description:


The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to one or more senior leaders. They will support a senior leader(s) with a high sense of urgency linked to critical business issues. They will interact with senior management on a day-to-day basis, handling very confidential documents and materials, and as such, must maintain strict confidentiality.


- Responsible for administrative duties in support of executive management;

- Actively manage calendars of the executive; effectively coordinating meetings and conference calls with internal management and external clients.

- Maintain expense reports for the executive.

- Receive, process, and present invoices to Executive for approval; documents invoices and hands off to accounting.

- Coordinate executive travel arrangements.

- Responsible for the organization and overall management of various Bank events.

- Coordinate with outside vendors; oversee promotional activities; manage timelines and schedules.

- Draft correspondence and/or presentations.

- Assemble and manage meeting presentations through WebEx.

- Provide administrative support for day-to-day operations as well as individual projects.

- Attend specific meetings, taking notes and providing minutes for Senior Leader.

- Various special projects, as designated by Executive management.


- 3-5 years of administrative experience at an executive level

- Salesforce experience preferred
