Job Description:


This position will provide subject matter expertise servicing for moderately complex large commercial loans, including syndicated and participated loans, invoicing, past due monitoring, and data quality reports.

Minimum Qualifications

- 2-5 years Loan Operations experience

- Ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment

- FIS Bankway and/or ACBS experience preferred

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Job Duties Addendum: Document Review and Exceptions Support Specialist 2

- Review loan documents for original required documents based on loan type

- Review loan package to ensure proper covenants and document ticklers are set up and cleared timely

- Q/C outsourced team processes

- Create and deliver exception reports

- Support front line associates (email, phone, etc.)

- Research and process support requests assigned within SLA

- Process highly regulated activities in post-closing
